Analytics dashboard

The analytics panel provides you with a complete view of your business performance with real-time metrics.

Access the dashboard

In the side menu, under the Tools section, click on "Metrics"
You'll see the main panel with all metrics

Main metrics (KPIs)

Total bookings

Number of bookings in the selected period.

Includes all statuses
Compares with previous period (↑ or ↓)

Revenue

Total sum of payments received.

Only confirmed and completed bookings
In your account's currency

Occupancy rate

Percentage of sun loungers booked vs available.

Calculated per day
Period average

Average ticket

Average amount per booking.

Total revenue ÷ number of bookings
Useful for evaluating pricing strategy

Cancellation rate

Percentage of cancelled bookings.

Goal: keep below 10%
High rate may indicate problems

Shows the trend of bookings and revenue over time.

By date

From / To: select the date range you want to analyze.
Group by: shows the data grouped by Day, Week, or Month.

By zone

Filter to see only a specific zone.

Comparisons

Previous period

Each metric shows comparison with the same previous period:

↑ 15% means 15% more than before
↓ 10% means 10% less

Compare performance between zones:

Which generates more revenue?
Which has better occupancy?
